Group Fitness Classes

All classes at Signature Fitness are included in your gym membership at no additional cost. We offer over 60 dynamic, exciting classes seven days a week.

Group Fitness Studios are all equipped with state of the art equipment, audio/stereo systems, spring or rubber flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, and ceiling fans/lighting.

We offer a variety of the most current and popular classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Spinning, HIIT Bootcamps, Circuit Training, Sculpting and much more!!


Vinyasa Power: This steady paced, flow based class is established on the principles of vinyasa yoga. By connecting breath + movement this vigorous, heated, practice emphasizes physical postures building strength, flexibility + cardiovascular endurance. You can expect an active practice with creative transitions that will link the body + mind.

Vinyasa: This 60-minute class builds on your foundational postures while encouraging adaptability + flexibility in both body and mind through a challenging sequence. You can expect a well-rounded class that explores the connection between breath + movement in both static holds and fluid movement. Pace is determined by each individual instructor.

Hatha: Hatha Yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Yin Restorative: In restorative/yin yoga, props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. Prepare yourself for deep relaxation. Restorative Yoga focuses on restful, supported postures that gently unwind your body, allowing your muscles to relax, your heart rate to lower, and your nervous system to let go.This is a great practice to slow down and nurture your well being if you are recovering from an injury or chronic condition.

Meditation: Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class.This class consists of a beginning breath work and energetic field cleansing then progressing into guided mindfulness meditation, short break with discussion on bringing meditation into our daily lives and a second seated guided meditation from many traditions which may include: Mantra meditation, guided imagery, mindfulness etc…


Spin: Whether you are a serious cyclist or just love the caloric burn, spin is the class for you. This class uses cadence, jumps, sprints, isolations, and hill climbs to give to the optimum workout. This high energy ride will take you to a new level of fitness. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to achieve your goals!

Boot Camp Spin: Not your ordinary spin class…Boot Camp Spin has intervals on and off the bike. Spin like a champion on the bike then finish up with intervals of burpees, squat jumps and mountain climbers, to mention a few. Raise that heart rate, sweat like crazy and have fun while doing it!

Hip-Hop Spin: Have a love for Hip-Hop Music? Then this is the class for you. Challenge yourself doing sprints, hills and jumps while enjoying your favorite hip hop music. Come get your groove on in this amazing class!!

Strength & Conditioning


A non-stop cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push your limits for a sleek, sexy powerful you!


HITT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high, intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all levels are provided.

STRONG by Zumba

Unlike Zumba, this class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to great music. Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music motivating and challenging each person beat by beat!

Cardio Sculpt

Butt and Gut

Sculpting and toning class focusing on your glutes and hamstrings as well as your abdominal and core muscles.

Full Body Evolution (FBE)

Integrated training program combining fundamentals of boxing, cardio kick, aerobics, and dance.

Boot Camp

Total body workout with an intense functional training format designed to enhance agility, speed, strength, cardio and endurance.


Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! Whether you are jumping, squatting or conditioning, your body will turn into a calorie burning machine!


Improve muscle tone, strength and stamina to gain more strength in and out of the gym. This class gives the muscle, through a multitude of poses, time to stretch, eliminate toxins, heal from injuries and bring balance to the body. We offer different styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Restorative, Meditation and Power Yoga.

Total Body Shred

A head to toe workout consisting of both weight training and cardiovascular exercises concentrating on all of the major muscles of your body.


A form of high intensity interval training following a specific format with timed exercises and timed rest periods.

Booty Blast and Abs

Blast your booty and core into shape with this intense sculpting and toning class designed to help you achieve that rock hard bottom and chiseled abdominals.

Above the Belt

Challenge yourself with this serious strength training class which focuses on your upper body and your abdominal muscles.

BLT (Butt, Legs and Thighs)

BLT is the ultimate lower body workout!  This conditioning class aims to target those hard to tone areas of your butt, legs and thighs.
